Beveled Tension Bands are used in chain-link fences to secure the fabric to terminal posts, adding strength to the entire fence structure. This 1 5/8″ Black Beveled Tension Band has a steel construction which makes it strong and durable. It also has a powder-coated coating which makes it weather- and wear-resistant. This tension band is used to attach chain link fence fabric to line posts and terminal posts and to attach chain link fabric to gate frames. This product also adds stability to the fence and provides extra defense against climbing. Install fence bands spaced 10-14″ apart and use one less tension band than the height of the fence (e.g., a 6′ high fence will use 5 tension bands).
