Tension Bands are essential components in chain-link fences, used to attach the fabric to the terminal posts. Unlike the beveled version, these bands have a flat surface, providing a secure connection and adding strength to the fence. Manufactured from durable materials like galvanized steel, Tension Bands resist rust and weathering, ensuring long-lasting performance. They come in different sizes and are easy to install, making them a staple in chain-link fence construction.
This Tension Band is designed for attaching chain link fence fabric to line posts and terminal posts, as well as attaching chain link fabric to gate frames. It measures 2 1/2″ (Fits 2 3/8″ OD), and has a band height of 3/4″. Constructed of Galvanized Steel 14G, it provides strength and durability while the black powder-coated coating is resistant to wear and weathering. Last but not least, it is easy to install and adds stability to your fence, providing extra defense against climbing!
