This self-closing gravity hinge set is designed specifically for use with chain link fence gates. With no need for springs or additional mechanisms, the gates can close seamlessly due to the downward force of gravity. This effect is achieved by angling the bottom of the gate upwards when opened, and the shutting force used to close the gate can be adjusted at the lower hinge portion. Crafted from a galvanized pressed steel for superior durability, this hinge is designed for a fence post size of 2″ (1 7/8″ OD) and a gate frame post size of 1 3/8″ (1 3/8″ OD).
