This 1 5/8″ Chain Link Brace Band, also referred to as a rail end band, is an essential part of any chain link fence or hoophouse frame construction project. It attaches the chain link fabric to a line or terminal post. Designed for residential use, the Brace Band features a heavy-duty galvanized steel construction that is corrosion-resistant and long-lasting. It requires 5/16″ x 1 1/4″ carriage bolts and nuts for installation, and has a standard 12 gauge thickness of .11 inch.
Fitting 1 5/8″ fence posts, its dimensions include a band height of .75 inch and a post size of 1 5/8″ (1 5/8″ OD Actual). Please be advised that due to manufacturing differences, the product received may not entirely match the product pictured.
