This 2″ Wall Mount Drop Fork Latch Kit is designed to fit securely to a 2″ (1 7/8″ OD) gate post. This all-in-one kit includes one flat bracket style drop fork bracket with pre-drilled holes for easily installation, a drop fork latch pre-mounted into the drop fork bracket, and the carriage bolt and nut attaching the two. Installation is simple and quick and requires only two screws or lag bolts (depending on application). This latch is also designed for added security and comes with a center hole near the base which is ideal for using a padlock. The kit includes a pre-assembled drop fork bracket, drop fork latch and carriage bolt. This product is made of pressed steel and typically used for a swing gate.
