This 3″ [2 7/8″ OD] Black Floor Flange Malleable is a perfect solution for mounting a chain link fence into concrete or cement. Made of galvanized cast steel and with a black powder-coated coating, this fitting has a rust-resistant finish that is highly resistant to weathering. Two 1/2″ anchor bolts are required for installation (sold separately). The flange has a 4-hole bolt pattern and is easy to adjust.
