The D&D Magnalatch Series 3 Gate Safety Latch with Round Post Adapter Kit combines the safety and longevity of a D&D Magnalatch Series 3 Safety Gate Latch with the convenience of a Round Post Adapter. It is the toughest MagnaLatch yet and is designed for mounting MagnaLatch Series 3 Top Pull and Vertical Pull gate latches to gates and fences with round posts. The kit includes the D&D Round Post Adapter, adapter brackets and shims, and the D&D Magnalatch Series 3 Safety Gate Latch. Notable features of the latch include a visible lock indicator, a tested 2 million cycle rating, a 6-pin re-keyable security lock, and vertical and horizontal alignment indicators. The latch is designed for a gate gap of 1/2″ to 1-1/2″, for a gate with a frame size of 1 3/8″ to 1 5/8″ and a fence post size of 1 7/8″ to 3″. It is suitable for gates 48″ and higher which are made from materials such as vinyl, wood or metal. The installation instructions are included in the product package.
