Tension Bars are used to stretch and secure chain link fencing fabric to fence posts and rails. Made from galvanized steel or coated with corrosion-resistant material, these bars are designed to provide robust support and maintain the integrity of the fence. They come in various lengths to fit different fence heights.
This 95″ high x 5/8″ heavy tension bar for an 8′ chain link fence is the ideal choice for secure connections between the post and chain link mesh. Made from high-quality, galvanized steel that is rust-resistant, the tension bar requires tension bands, carriage bolt and nut for easy installation (sold separately). This 12 gauge steel bar reduces bending of the fence fabric so it won’t be easily damaged and suits 8′ fence heights.
